put a TSimpleIPCServer on Form1, and double click OnMessage property
to generate event code .

In Lazarus IDE v1.6.2 works ok. Bug in Lazarus IDE v1.6.4.

This is a bug and also present in Lazarus 1.9 (trunk) from today.
Please file a bug report.
