Change the hint color?

Tried a search of the forums but could not find anything, basically is
there an option to change the hint color of the code editor?

By default the background color of the hint is what I assume to be
clCream, I have changed the colors of the editor to a dark themed
style and the hint color looks out of place.

I couldn't find any editor options to change this? Does anyone have
any ideas?

If you mean the hint (aka tooltip) which you have when you press
CTRL+Shift+Space for method parameters so you can probably change it
in System Setting only (maybe you will have to restart Lazarus).

The multi-line hint when you hover over a keyword is what I mean.

Did you ever find out where this is configured?  I'm having an issue
where two different installations of the same Lazarus version look...
and function... differently and I want to make them the same.  One of
them is the vanilla Lazarus install, and when I hover I get a tooltip
that's nicely formatted (colors, fonts, bold, etc) with a hotllink to
the file where the identifier is contained.  The other, from
fpcupdeluxe, gives me plain text tooltips with no colors and no
hotlinks.  Both of them are Lazarus 1.6.2 FP 3.0.0.

I can't figure out where it's configured.

You should install ipPro package from lazarus/components afair.

To be more specific: you need the TurboPowerIproDsgn designtime
package to see the formatted hints.

Thank-you!! I was pulling my hair out trying to find the setting for
this in the options.

having just returned to this forum I see now some useful answers have
