Refactoring > rename identifier not working

I have tried compiling the project, right clicking a method name etc,
the option to rename is always grayed out.
Is there a plugin/config i'm missing?

Ok, it can be considered a bug. If the cursor in behind the name, the
"Rename Identifier ..." entry is disabled.
It works if you place cursor anywhere on the name, for example to its
beginning.
