Can tune caret position by X restore after Paste?

When I select some rectangle text-block in editor and then paste it, -
caret pos is on end of last paste line. But I need for caret pos to
appear on next by last line with the same X-position before I press
Ctrl+V. This behaviour is idential to Delphi CnPack.
