Because reulary time show this error on my lazarus ide?

Ver FPC: 2.6.4
i386-linux-gtk 2

I dont know why it is missing for you

I attached the file, so you can put it in place.

this is used by the hint in the editor. So whenever the IDE wants to
show you such a hint, you get the error

I got exacly the same error.
Seems to me that in the ubuntu version of lazarus 1.4 the lazdoc.css
is missing.
I copied the file from the windows 1.6 version and now hits are
working as expected.
