How to position 'end of compilation message' at the bottom?

In the latest 1.4 version the compilation result message is positioned
at the top of the messages window, which makes it unreadable (it
scrolls up hiding half of the message text).
How to place this correctly at the bottom as it was before (1.2.x)?
