Cant find option "Leave caret inside screen"

if i scroll text, (before have placed caret on a word), then caret
moves out of this word, to new screen. Bad. Hiliting of same IDs
is disaster now, how NOT to do it?

"Always visible Caret"

On Tools > Options > Editor > General


There is also a key (default alt-m) to "lock" some word highlight, so
it stays even if caret moves.
