How to remove empty procedures?

Is there a way to "easily" remove empty procedures from my source
file?

I seem to remember in Delphi that those were deleted when building the
file, but I could be wrong.

Remove ampty event handlers when saving is the option and you can set
it on your tools\options dialog.
