Auto Column Size DBGrid

I am new to lazarus, but I am trying to make the column size
automatically smaller for my dbgrid (since I am currently using
AutoFillColumn). I have found that there are steps that use something
called dgautocolumnsize but I do not know how or where to use it. can
someone give me an example?

First in the Object Inspector locate de Options Property

Then set the dgAutoSizeColumns to True

Next you need be shure that the number of fixed cols is 1 (this is
mandatory)

Next Call AutoSizeColumns in any place you need auto adjust your
columns size

As final step (only if yo need it) adjust the number of fixed colums
to the number of your preference.
