Comment for function

Is there any way to get comment for functions in hint ?

I get very nice description of function for some fpc functions, as
example MinuteOf, in hint (but I see that this is not a comment).

Just add your own comment something like
Code: [Select]// this is a hint for the GetValue() function
function GetValue: integer;
begin
  Result:= -1;
end;

The hint is then shown when you hover over "GetValue" (provided you've
set the option to show such hints in the Completion and Hints page of
the IDE Options dialog).

I added a comment in other way (after in declaration) and that was the
problem.
