[Solved] What changed and Why??? lazarus / 9-Editor ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Avishai · 2012-07-14 12:17 What changed and Why???     Has anyone else noticed this? Until recently,  if  for example you added a TComboBox to a Form, in the automatically generated code, it was  'TComboBox' as it should be.  But now it shows 'Tcombobox' which is a lot harder to read.  This is not good. Example:   Procedure Tform1.Combobox1change(Sender: Tobject); It used to be:   Procedure TForm1.ComboBox1Change(Sender: Tobject); Mnuviewwordwrapclick instead of mnuViewWordWrapclick !?!?! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Leledumbo · 2012-07-14 12:23 I'm using r37892, so I guess it's kinda new. Look for changes between this revision and yours. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- BigChimp · 2012-07-14 12:32 Might also have to do with tools/options/codetools/words/keyword policy or perhaps identifier policy... anyway I vaguely remember tweaking such a setting and getting the same ugly result you were getting... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Avishai · 2012-07-14 12:36 Thanks guys.  I didn't change anything, but now it's screwing up my code and I have to spend time 'fixing' what wasn't broke   This is awful.  I'll check tools/options/codetools/words/keyword and see if I can 'Fix it' there. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Martin_fr · 2012-07-14 15:02 tools/options/codetools/words/ It is not keyword, it is identifier, that needs to be checked. Should be set to "None" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Avishai · 2012-07-14 15:09 Thank you Martin_fr!    What a relief!!!  But I did not change anything, so how did it get that way??  Anyway, it's working the way it should now.  Thank you again Martin_fr!
