Why Is lazarus doing this?

Lazarus never seems to find the LCLProc unit so I add it using the
project inspector.
It asks me if I want to add C:\lazarus\lcl\ to the list of directory's
to be read(or something like that) and then It opens the Fileutil
saying cannot open include file..
Whats wrong

If you can open the file on the editor from the editor's popup menu:

1) Add it to your project from the menu.
2) You will have a message asking you to add the file to the path.
Accept it.
3) Remove it again from your project.

I have fileUtil and FileUtil.inc both opened and in my project and it
still says

And I need LCLProc for GetPart.. ;_; whats wrong

Never mind I fixed it 
I had to modify the project file..
