Code templates don't work anymore in recent Lazarus versions

Hello,

Unfortunately, I've just discovered that code templates don't work in
my Lazarus 0.9.29 FPC 2.4.0 svn 26632. I have another installation svn
26377 & they don't work there either.

So there must be a problem with the recent versions of Lazarus.
