Hi all,
Again, my source code editor has gone away. Does anyone get this
annoying problem ?
I can't not work anymore at all. I just can see forms, object
inspectors, and so on. But I am unable to see my sources. This is the
4th time I get this stupid bug. Each time, it has came back without
explication. This time, nothing to do: reboot, deactivate
mac spaces, remove additionnal screen....
Please help,
Thanks,
André.
Mac OS X
Lazarus 0.9.29
FPC 2.4.0

I never had this, but...
Is it listed in the Windows menu? (Even if selecting it there, maybe
does not help?)
Check your enviromentoptions.xml
Code: [Select]
Maybe left/top are not in the visible area?
If nothing helps:
- Try removing the enviromentoption.xml
- try removing all the config xml files (one by one, until you find
the bad one)
- If you use any docking extension... Well maybe that is the cause =>
recompile Lazarus without the docking extension

The editor is listed in the Lazarus menu. If I select it, nothing
happens.
If I use F3 to see all windows, editor doesn't appear.
The only enviromentoptions.xml I can find is located here:
/Developer/lazarus/tools/install/macosx, it was last modified in 2008,
it doesn't contains any options relative to editor position:
Code: [Select]
I can't find any file containing this kind of options:
Code: [Select]
However I think the editor is indeed out of the visible area because
if I double clic on an object in a form, the focus seems to be put on
another windows : I suppose that's the editor windows. But I still
can't see it.
Where can I find Lazarus options xml files on Mac ????
Is there any Mac Keyboard shortcut allowing to move a windows without
mouse ? It does exist on windows and it is useful in this case.
At last, I don't have any dock extension.
thanks,
André.
