Lazarus locking up when editing a file

Lazarus 0.9.29
Ubuntu 9.10

This has happened 2 or 3 times now:

I'm editing a unit and find that I'd like to put a blank line between
the "implementation" phrase and the line above it.

I put the cursor just to the left of the "i" in "implementation" and
hit Enter.  Lazarus freezes and starts running the CPU to 94%. 
There's no way out that I can see other than force quit and I can lose
the work since my last save.  (Which is unfortunately quite a lot this
time.)

Here's an example:

var JanafT:TTemp;
     Form1:TForm1; 
implementation

Any one else had this happen?  A search turned up nothing.

Try to prepare a complete example (lazarus project) and describe all
the steps you are doing to achieve the hang. Then place all this info
to the bugtracker. And I expect this bug will be fixed in soon. Not
all the developers read this forum but all read the bug tracker.
