How to avoid #.#E+001 when making Double to String ?

I am trying to make a Double to String ....
for example D := 50.0022

function  DZeroStr(D: Double; Len: Byte): string;
var
  I:       Int64;
  DFrac: Double;
  S:       string;
  S:       string;
begin
  I := Trunc(D);
  Str(I, S);
  DFrac := Len*10*Frac(D);
  DFrac := Round(DFrac);
  Str(DFrac:Len, T);
  while (Length(T)<Len) do
    T := T + '0';
  Result := S + '.' + T;
end;

but the result is 50. 2.2E+001 this is not correct represent of D ....
How to avoid #.#E+001 when converting Double to String ?

I found a solution, that works fine:

  DFrac := Round(DFrac);
  T := FormatFloat('#.#', DFrac);
  while (Length(T)<Len) do
    T := T + '0';
  Result := S + '.' + T;
end;

Sorry, it works but it does not make equal count of digits after the
decimal separator, so this function is not 100% as I would like it to
be ....
