in latest svn there is a feature that automatically adds "end" after
"begin <return>" and "try" - "finally"
cant find an option to switch it off
does it exist?

I used to use CodeTemplates feature to accomplish this, thank God it's
finally made built-in. I hope it works better than CodeTemplates
(i.e.: wherever the cursor is, as long as not inside "begin", it will
always be expanded).
