Editor nor refresh

Hi, on Kubuntu 9.10 the editor does not refresh, only when switching
to F12

### TCodeToolManager.HandleException: "position the cursor outside the
code" at Line=13 Col=29 in "unit1.pas"

Can you be a bit more specific please?

Which version of lazarus do you use? 0.9.26 / 0.9.26.2 / 0.9.27 (date,
snapshot or SVN)?

On which action does it not refresh? you type a new character, but it
is not displayed?

Or it does not display code, if try to add an event in the form
designer (is that why you copied the error: "###
TCodeToolManager.HandleException: "position the cursor outside the
code" at Line=13 Col=29 in "unit1.pas" " ?)

If so, does it happen with just any unit, and any action, or only with
specific ones? Does it happen on an all new project too?
