memo1 don't read characters correctly!!

1.I have a memo and Im writing in it and the I have a button to save
the memo .When I load the file to the memo it's not the correct words
in the file! the code is working in Delphi
here's the code:

Maybe it's punishment for using "GOTO"

Memo.lines is in UTF8 format. Maybe you see that in your file
