Submenu iterms doesn't work at runtime

Got a procedure on each one and they seems to work properly starting
the app from the IDE, but when i run directly the binary i click on
them and nothing happen.
I'm running Lazarus 0.9.24 beta in Debian Etch, please a little help
fixing this issue.
