How to Make Mplayer Frontend

I am a newbie in lazarus, but I have been using Pascal for a while.
But I still am green in programming.

I have a question here on how to make Mplayer (well known Media Player
in Linux) Frontend such as MPUI, including the seek bar, drag & drop
support. Please tell me if some one might know.
