How write Slovenian char(č,Č,š,Š,ž,Ž) pdf

Char in   Tedit   is Ok.

sss:='123ŠŠššČČččžžŽŽ';
Edit1.text:=sss;
PRLabel1.Font:=Edit1.Font;
PRLabel1.caption:=sss;
PRLabel1.Repaint;

Char  show in Edit1 is oK,
but  Char  PRLabel1.caption is   wrong.


J don't have any idea.
What sugestion?
