How rebuild LCL components

I`m working Lazarus 0.9.22 for Windows.
Use TTrackBar.OnChange and this event don`t work correctly:
TrackBar.Position after event allways equal 0. I`m find probably error
in source:
trackbar.inc (row 307)

procedure TCustomTrackBar.DoChange(var msg);
begin
  FPosition := TWSTrackBarClass(WidgetSetClass).GetPosition(Self);
  ....

  TWSTrackBarClass(WidgetSetClass).GetPosition(Self) ->

in unit: WSComCtrls.pp (row 469) is:

class function  TWSTrackBar.GetPosition(const ATrackBar:
TCustomTrackBar): integer;
begin
  Result := 0;
end;

ought to:

begin
  Result := ATrackBar.Position;
end;

But why save this change in source? Tools->Build Lazarus nothing
change.
(And this is cause bad OnChange event?)

You rebuild LCL by Run > Build all, and an appropriate configuration
on Tools > Configure Build Lazarus.

Not working. Maybe it`s not solution problem with TTrackBar.OnChange.

Does TrackBar.Position not return position correctly?
