Completely remove unit from project?

I've used Project -> Remove from Project ...

But it seems like that doesn't work completely (the compiler gave me
hints and warnings for the unit i deleted). Then I deleted the unit
itself, then the compiler says "Can't find unit options1". So how to
delete the file from the project completely?

Nevermind, the problem was with the unit of my main form which still
used the "options1" unit. Removing that "uses" item fixed it.
