This only happens for me in Linux, my windows installation seems to
work fine for some reason.
At first it happened with 0.9.18, I tried to update to 0.9.20 but it
didn't help

I can compile, build and run my program without any problems
But before the update to 0.9.20, when I tried to update PascalScript
to the PascalScript SVN version (see http://www.remobjects.com/?ps01),
Ctrl+Click on "uPSCompiler" said that it couldn't find source /usr/lib
/lazarus/components/pascalscript/Source/lib/i386-linux/uPSCompiler.ppu
Now after the update to 0.9.20, Ctrl+Click on "uPSCompiler" gives me
the output below, and also shows "Invalid floating point operation
Click Ok to ignore and risk data corruption Click Cancel to kille the
program".

But I checked that file many times, and it always existed. So I tried
moving it away and I found that a new one was generated. Still didn't
work. So I moved the old backup back and it still didn't work.
So I think that it's the PascalScript package that makes things
difficult for me.
So how to solve this problem? I've tried removing the PascalScript
package and installing it again many times, doesn't work.

I think you should bugrep this, preferably specify revision of pascal
script, concrete OS version and backtrace like this one.
