It would be really handy to have drag and drop onto the Editor window.

For example you see a .pas file in Windows Explorer and drop it onto
the Editor to open it.

Please submit a feature request on the Bug Tracker, so it won´t be

I noticed that since the release of Lazarus 0.9.22 there is a
"OnDragDrop" event. Can this allow programs to interact with files
dropped from the file manager? For example, Lazarus programs like
PeaZip would benefit from being able to automatically open files.
Desptive seeing these Events in my copy of Lazarus, they do not seem
to be called when I drag and drop files to them (on Windows XP). Is
there any description of this event, and is it only supported on some
OSes...

I realize this forum topic is on the Editor, while my comment is for
general use... I will try to post the comment in another forum.
