alt+tab to switch between ide forms

Hi,  I'm struggeling with the lazarus ide on linux. If lazarus is in
the background and I press "alt + tab" to activate it, only the
form/window i selected activates.
Is there a way to activate them all at once? On windows it works
great. Something to do with the windows manager?

And, can I set a key-mapping to toggle the lazarus main editor. (menu
and component pallet) tried al options on the key-mapping tab, but
could not find it.

It is a known bug. See
http://www.freepascal.org/mantis/view.php?id=1423  However it is
scheduled after version 1.0
