Include file not found

Hi there,

I use laz 0.9.15. When I started a sample project for my own and
wanted to assign a new event of a combobox on my form the editor opens
the windows.inc and outputs "error: include file not found "base.inc".
But this file exists. How can I say lazarus where it will find this
inc-file?
I tried in project->compilersettings->paths->include files but file
was not found...
Compiling works well (?)

You have to do it manually. Had the same problem :-(
