So maybe I have overseen something or other, but anyway if I set a breakpoint or use key to step into the app it doesn't stop. It compiles and runs that's it (which is actually more than I expected using my old code....) but I can not debug. Been looking for an option to disable optimization but this didn't help. TNX hy ---------------------------------------------------------------------- mikiwoz · 2006-02-16 13:13 it's not due to optimisations, you have to set the debugger in the menus - I can't recall exactly where it is, but I believe it's either in Environment Options or Tools. You have to set the type of the debugger and the path. It will work then Cheers Mike
