Oops, the Handbook link now makes you to "Learn To Program Using
Lazarus Electronic (PDF)".

The correct link (for the PDF) is:
https://www.blaisepascalmagazine.eu/product/lazarus-handbook-pdf-
presales/

Martin this is not the best link, it appears to be outdated to me:
- The new handbook link: "Today (16 September 2019) version 9 is
available." - on the main site (https://www.blaisepascalmagazine.eu/)
they refer to v13 of 13/3/2020, and on the link below there is even a
v14.
- The new handbook link: Follow "See the preview file" --> "Oops! That
page can’t be found."

I think https://www.blaisepascalmagazine.eu/blog/update-about-the-
lazarus-handbook/ gives a better impression of the book.
