QuoteNo idea, Windows servers are quite rareAnd what servers is popular and free, ex. google drive? And if i compile myprog.exe with Lazarus under Linux? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- joseme · 2013-10-02 14:18 After doing a short search I found this http://stackoverflow.com/questions/916925/how-to-launch-an-exe-from- web-page-asp-net ---------------------------------------------------------------------- joseme · 2013-10-02 14:42 Another one that may be of interest for you: http://spoon.net/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- flamer0n · 2013-10-02 14:46 If you're using Asp.net with C# then it's pretty easy: I assume you have that exe on server side so it's gonna look like this.  Process.Start("C:\\your.exe"); see here http://www.dotnetperls.com/process-start though this doesn't have to do with exe built with lazarus but rather with the web platform your're developing. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Leledumbo · 2013-10-02 15:03 QuoteAnd what servers is popular and free, ex. google drive? Most servers are Linux, unsure of the free ones that allow executing arbitrary application. That would be too dangerous. Google drive is just a storage AFAIK. QuoteAnd if i compile myprog.exe with Lazarus under Linux?Same, only maybe you can find the server easier. Still, a free one is difficult to get.
