What system do use to doc your program?

Hello everybody, my programs are growing up, now I have more code
lines, and units.
So I would like document it.

I read about FPdoc and Pas2Doc.
What system do you recomend?. Other systems?. What do you prefer?

Definitely fpdoc.

I hate in source documentation systems.

reason as marco. But other people (especially those having
javadoc/doxygen background) would likely to choose pasdoc.
