Hey,
so I have found this IDE. I thought it was well known but seems it's
only known in my country so I'll post it here.
It is freeware, but closed source. Lightweight, has debugger and
whatnot. Well it has pretty much an IDE needs to let a programmer work
normaly. I have used it for a couple of years, and I can say it is
good.

The bad side is that it doesn't seem to be developed anymore.
