Dragimage is shown in taskbar under Linux

Moving a DragImage results in a second item in the taskbar whereas a
temporary HideDragImage removes it reliably. Since a DragImage isn't a
Form I cannot apply ShowInTaskbar:=stNever . Is it a known bug,
perhaps with a workaround, or should I post a bug report?

BTW: Moving the Dragimage is quite slow. It seems to me that all mouse
positions are tested instead of a timed evaluation after certain
milliseconds. I have no idea how to make it as fast as under Windows.
Any suggestions?

PS: Under Windows none of both is an issue.
