For some reason creating topics or replies on  the lazarus forums
becomes impossible for me when long messages are created.  When the
scroll bar appears, the form jumps back to the top after every
keystroke, hiding the line being typed.  I am using Windows Vista 64,
IE8 is my browser.   I suspect it has to do with the "Smiley"
annimations that appear above this form.

IMO, they are distracting anyway when trying to compose a message and
should be eliminated, or at least made optional.  The "Don't use
smileys" option has no effect on them doing their animation thing at
the top of my screen.

More seriously, if there is some option which I can set to prevent the
"bounce back" problem, please let know.  For now I am creating a text
file offline and pasting it here for every message.
