ScrollCode Fault

Just a quickie! My 0.9.29 Windows version(s) tell me that Scrollcode
is not used but if I comment out Scrollcode, attempting to scroll
causes my program(s) to instantly disappear.

So presumably THE ERROR MESSAGE IS FALSELY GENERATED. 

Developers please note! 

Still graphics problems in linux (my posts of July / August).

Don't touch event parameters (I guess you're talking about that)
From the compiler pov. the param isn't used, but it is needed by the
event system. The compiler cannot know that.
