Windows GetCursorPos and Mac OS X ClientToScreen

Hi all,

Bringing a windows application to macosx gives some headaches.
1. Are these procedures acts identical?
2. There is (I suppose) not GetCursorPos in Mac platform so
ClientToScreen is the right choice or there is something different
procedure. What is the equivalence of GetCursorPos in Mac?
3. If these two procedures treat same, outputs are different.
