Lazarus and Quickcompiled file distributed?

If you have Lazarus installed in Linux ubuntu and I do a Quickcompile
of my app.

can anyone run the  Quickcompiled file,if they have Lazarus installed?
ex:someone who have Lazarus in Fedora will run my Quickcompiled file?

Logically, if they have Lazarus installed then the dependencies should
have been installed as well. So, I think the answer is yes.
