Lazarus Converting Delphi to Pacal::

When loading project, I get err msg:
"Unable to convert text form data of file *.lfm into binary stream
(Wrong token type. Symbol expected but(...)) "

Then when I Run(F9) I get  SizeControls.lpr(
"4,3) Fatal: Can't find unit Forms used by SizeControls"

SizeControls.pas has no Form, but seems to dynamically fiddling with
them:
Is the following Legal in Pascal? :
procedure TSizeControl.HookFormWindowProc;
begin
  fOldFormWindowProc := fOwnerForm.WindowProc;
  fOwnerForm.WindowProc := NewFormWindowProc;
end; 

Forms appear to be fine.

Would be happy to upload the project to someone, its 1.5mb.

The project is to Move Controls around on Form at RunTime.
Anyone already done this in Pascal??
Any help would be appreciated.

Add the LCL as requirement in the project inspector.
