Problems width StrToDateTime

When I run

Code: [Select]
StrToDateTime('22/05/2008 10:00:16');

I get 10 hours of the morning properly.

But if I run
Code: [Select]
StrToDateTime('22/05/2008 12:00:00');


I get the midnight instead of half day!
How can I do to solve this problem? I want to use only the form 24
hours.

According to the docs, StrToDateTime uses ShortDateFormat for the
order of digits. That means (CMIIW), if your system time is set to 12
hours form then you can't use 24 hours form unless you change your
system time format.

I tried with Lazarus under Linux and under Winsows and then with
Delphi under Windows with system date to 24h. In Lazarus does not
work. In Delphi is ok.
