tprocess problem

I have an app that uses tprocess. All of a sudden it has quit working.
Is there a way I can tell why the sub process is no longer starting?
 It is running on a minimalistic xp home laptop.

There is no way, without having detailed information.

I would step through the code, inspect all properties of TProcess for
validity (paths ok?) and inspect the error codes from TProcess.
