fpc.cfg and mac os x

Hi all,

When i set something from the compiler options, the changes are not
written to the fpc.cfg file. I suppose.
So everytime when i quit and spawn the lazarus the configuration file
remain the same.
Anyway for the linkage problem, I changed the #-k-s row with the last
line.

# always pass an option to the linker
#-k-s
-k'-dylib_file' '/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework/Versions/
A/Libraries/libGL.dylib'
