[SOLVED] VK_F1 does not go to TForm.OnKeyDown event

I wanted to use F1 to call HTML help, but found that VK_F1 and
(Shift=[]) does not appear in the OnKeyDown event, although is any of
control keys was pressed (Shift, Alt ..) F1 comes.

Is there a way to get it working?

The program is compiled for GTK2.
Tested it in Delphi - works fine.

Sorry for misleading. I have StarDict running on my computer, which
grabbed F1 before it reached any other application.
After I terminated StartDict everything works fine.
