Is it possible to move the caret to the bottom of a TMemo in Linux?

Are you a done code?

This work for me in win32 (can be improved yet):

It doesn't work. Maybe I'll  just continue the program in Windows. I
seem to be getting some other serious bugs in Linux anyway.
