[linux] run sh script

hi, i'm working on a small app for personal use, wich needs me to get
an external file from the internet, now i have learned that i can do
this with an sh script, but i dont know how to run it from my app :?

can anybody help me?
(on delphi&windows you could jusk call winexec()to do this)

Make use of the TProcess component on the System Tab.
