Where download Lazarus help in one single file?

Maybe I am not in the correct forum, please let me know.
Today I have installed Lazarus 0.9.20 beta in Windows 98.
This do not have help. Why? Where I can download the help
file? I think in help like Delphi or Visual Basic, with explanation
of functions and procedures, and examples of component usage.
Yes, there are an online help, but is more comfortable and more
usable a help in my hard drive.
