Rebuild Lazarus LCL only question

If I rebuild Lazarus with c&b LCL only selected and do not restart
lazarus then the Windows menu in Lazarus shows duplicate entries for
"Form1". The obvious answer to this is to always restart Lazarus after
a build (which it does not do automatically when LCL is only option
selected). Is this worthy of a bug report or shall I just shut up and
restart Lazarus.

This bug is probably fixed now.
