Importing pre-compiled unit

I found a precompiled unit I want to use (aboutfrm.ppu) but I can't
find any documentation on how to import it into my project.  I found
it in /usr/lib/lazarus/units/i386-linux.

Any ideas?

The aboutfrm.pas/dfm is in the ./lazarus/ide folder.

OK, now I know where it is, but how do I use it?  What menu options do
I select, etc...

On the Lazarus main menu, select "Help" -> "About Lazarus".

Do you want to use the Lazarus About form in your own application, or
do you want to make your own about form? In the latter case just
create a new form, call it AboutFrm and show it when the user presses
the appropriate menu option.
