How can I make my Form tansparent?

I want to use something like this picture as my window form

But how do I something like this with Lazarus?

Short answer: Not yet
Long answer: If you really want it, you can use win32 api directly and
define it using regions/ If you have a pointer on how to do it on
gtk/X let me know.
