Checkbox caption bug?

I can't go to new line as with the labels; for example:

Label1.Caption:='This is row1'+#13#10+'This is row2';
CheckBox1.Caption:='This is row1'+#13#10+'This isn't row2';

Is it a bug?

I don't think it is supposed to wrap.
